Kubota Corporation was launched in Osaka, Japan, in 1890 as a tractor and farm equipment manufacturer. The company introduced their first products in the United States in 1969, and soon after, formed the Kubota Tractor Corporation (KTC) to better serve the American market. During the latter portion of the 20th century, KTC joined the burgeoning powersports market with their initial forays into utility vehicles, which they sell via a network of over a thousand different dealerships.
